Most machines are produced from high grade stainless steel and are assembled using high tech food grade welding machines. Painted surfaces are typically painted using our tuff grade enamel to insure quality.
Well Built Machinery utilizes many popular brands of power controls such as Allen Bradley, Bosch Rexroth, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Siemens and others.
"Manufacturers in today's world are required to have and maintain certain certifications within each industry. Well Built Machinery's equipment sale personnel will always carefully look at the industry in which the equipment is being produced for. This is to determine if the construction of the equipment will require any built-in special measures to comply with the industry or local regulations.
As an example: Today's food processing plants globally are becoming certified through the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) which requires the plants equipment and daily documentation to comply with a higher level of food safety.
We have formed an alliance with Soterian Systems a world leader in training, education, and on-site consulting in an effort to bring current food safety programs up to the new global Food Safety standards.
We believe as a manufacturer of food packaging equipment, we need to look and plan for well designed and engineered surfaces for food safety and sanitation.
